The present disclosure relates to: a communication method for fusing IoT technology with 5G communication systems for supporting higher data transmission rates than 4G systems; and to a system for same. The present disclosure may be applied to intelligent services (for example, smart homes, smart buildings, smart cities, smart cars or connected cars, healthcare, digital education, retail business, security and safety-related services, etc.) on the basis of 5G communication technology and IoT-related technology. Disclosed are a method and a device for a terminal to indicate whether LBT has failed or not and declare a detected LBT failure, in report mechanisms such as RLF, SCG failure, establishment failure, and MDT.

La présente invention concerne : un procédé de communication permettant de fusionner la technologie IdO avec des systèmes de communication 5G permettant de prendre en charge des débits de transmission de données supérieurs à ceux des systèmes 4G ; et un système correspondant. La présente invention peut s’appliquer à des services intelligents (par exemple, des maisons intelligentes, des bâtiments intelligents, des villes intelligentes, des voitures intelligentes ou des voitures connectées, des soins de santé, l'éducation numérique, le commerce de détail, des services de sécurité et de sûreté, etc.), sur la base de la technologie de communication 5G et de la technologie apparentée à l'IdO. L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif destinés à un terminal afin d'indiquer si une LBT a échoué ou n'a pas échoué et déclarer une défaillance LBT détectée, dans des mécanismes de rapport tels que RLF, défaillance SCG, échec d'établissement, et MDT.

본 개시는 4G 시스템 이후 보다 높은 데이터 전송률을 지원하기 위한 5G 통신 시스템을 IoT 기술과 융합하는 통신 기법 및 그 시스템에 관한 것이다. 본 개시는 5G 통신 기술 및 IoT 관련 기술을 기반으로 지능형 서비스 (예를 들어, 스마트 홈, 스마트 빌딩, 스마트 시티, 스마트 카 혹은 커넥티드 카, 헬스 케어, 디지털 교육, 소매업, 보안 및 안전 관련 서비스 등)에 적용될 수 있다. 본 발명은 RLF, SCG failure, establishment failure, MDT와 같은 보고 메커니즘들에서, 단말이 LBT 실패 여부를 지시하고, 감지된 LBT 실패를 선언하는 방법 및 장치를 개시한다.
