The present invention relates to a data storage means apparatus and method having a data protection function by using wireless communication with a smartphone, the apparatus comprising: a connector and a control unit which are connected to a host computer inside a data storage means control apparatus; and a bus switch capable of connecting or disconnecting a main data bus between connectors to which the control unit and the data storage means are connected or to which the data storage means is connected, wherein the bus switch is connected with an on/off control pin of a wireless communication unit provided inside the data storage means control apparatus. The wireless communication unit is connected to the smartphone of a user by means of a wireless interface such as Bluetooth or WiFi through an antenna. The data storage means control apparatus of the present invention operates in a manner by which the bus switch provided therein is connected only when a data access to the data storage means connected to the data storage means control apparatus of the present invention is required and by which the bus switch is disconnected when the data access is complete, as if water is used by turning on a faucet only when water is intended to be used and the faucet is turned off again after the water is used, and a data access operation is not immediately executed when required by a computer and the bus switch is connected only when the user performs an operation such as simply touching the smartphone thereof, so that data transmission begins. The user ensures security through a control method and various condition configurations such as a configuration on whether a wireless communication unit is activated in relation to the use of the storage device of the present invention, a virtual device configuration, a configuration on an expected transmission completion time according to the data transmission or file handle linkage configuration, various security level configurations, and a timer configuration, and can conveniently use the data storage means control apparatus having the data protection function by using wireless communication with the smart phone, of the present invention.

La présente invention concerne un appareil et un procédé de moyen de stockage de données ayant une fonction de protection de données en utilisant une communication sans fil avec un téléphone intelligent, l'appareil comprenant : un connecteur et une unité de commande qui sont connectés à un ordinateur hôte à l'intérieur d'un appareil de commande de moyen de stockage de données ; et un commutateur de bus pouvant connecter ou déconnecter un bus de données principal entre des connecteurs auxquels l'unité de commande et le moyen de stockage de données sont connectés ou auxquels le moyen de stockage de données est connecté, le commutateur de bus étant connecté à une broche de commande marche/arrêt d'une unité de communication sans fil disposée à l'intérieur de l'appareil de commande de moyen de stockage de données. L'unité de communication sans fil est connectée au téléphone intelligent d'un utilisateur au moyen d'une interface sans fil telle que Bluetooth ou WiFi par l'intermédiaire d'une antenne. L'appareil de commande de moyen de stockage de données de la présente invention fonctionne de manière à ce que le commutateur de bus prévu dans celui-ci soit connecté uniquement lorsqu'un accès aux données du moyen de stockage de données connecté à l'appareil de commande de moyen de stockage de données de la présente invention est requis et de manière à ce que le commutateur de bus soit déconnecté lorsque l'accès aux données est terminé, comme si de l'eau est utilisée en ouvrant un robinet uniquement lorsque l'eau est programmée pour être utilisée et que le robinet est à nouveau fermé après l'utilisation de l'eau, et une opération d'accès aux données n'est pas immédiatement exécutée en cas de besoin par un ordinateur et le commutateur de bus n'est connecté que lorsque l'utilisateur effectue une opération telle qu'un simple toucher sur son téléphone intelligent, de telle sorte que la transmission de données commence. L'utilisateur assure la sécurité par l'intermédiaire d'un procédé de commande et de diverses configurations de condition, telles qu'une configuration sur le fait de savoir si une unité de communication sans fil est activée par rapport à l'utilisation du dispositif de stockage de la présente invention, une configuration de dispositif virtuel, une configuration sur un temps de fin de transmission attendu selon la configuration de transmission de données ou de lien d'indicateur de fichier, diverses configurations de niveau de sécurité, et une configuration de temporisateur, et peut utiliser commodément l'appareil de commande de moyen de stockage de données de la présente invention ayant la fonction de protection de données en utilisant une communication sans fil avec le téléphone intelligent.

본 발명은 스마트 폰과의 무선 통신에 의하여 데이터 보호 기능을 갖는 데이터 저장 수단 제어 장치 및 방법에 관한 것으로, 데이터 저장 수단 제어장치 내부에서 호스트 컴퓨터 측으로 연결되는 커넥터와 제어부, 제어부와 데이터 저장수단 또는 데이터 저장수단이 연결된 연결 커넥터 사이의 메인 데이터 버스를 연결하거나 차단할 수 있는 버스 스위치를 구비하며, 버스 스위치는 데이터 저장 수단 제어장치 내부에 구비된 무선통신부의 온/오프 제어핀과 연결된 구성을 갖는다. 무선통신부는 안테나를 통하여 블루투스 또는 와이파이와 같은 무선 인터페이스에 의하여 사용자의 스마트폰과 연결된다. 본 발명의 데이터 저장 수단 제어장치는 마치 물을 사용하고자 할 때만 수도꼭지를 틀어 물을 사용하고 물을 사용한 후에는 다시 수도꼭지를 잠그는 것과 마찬가지로, 본 발명의 데이터 저장 수단 제어장치에 연결된 데이터 저장 수단에 대한 데이터 접근이 필요할 때만 내부에 구비된 버스 스위치를 연결하고 데이터 접근이 완료된 경우에는 버스 스위치를 차단하는 방식으로 동작하며, 컴퓨터 측에서 데이터 접근 동작이 요구되면 바로 실행되지 않고 사용자가 자신의 스마트 폰을 간단하게는 디스플레이를 터치하는 것과 같은 조작을 하여야만 버스 스위치가 연결되어 데이터 전송이 개시된다. 사용자는 본 발명의 저장장치의 사용과 관련하여 무선 통신부의 활성 여부 설정, 가상장치 설정, 데이터 전송에 따른 전송완료 예정시간 또는 파일 핸들 연동 설정, 다양한 종류의 보안 레벨 설정 및 타이머 설정등 다양한 환경설정과 제어 방법을 통하여 보안이 확보되면서도 편리하게 본 발명의 스마트폰과의 무선통신에 의하여 데이터 보호 기능을 갖는 데이터 저장 수단 제어장치를 사용할 수 있다.
