The present invention provides a safe operating method for a refrigeration system using flammable refrigerant, wherein the refrigeration system comprises a refrigerant reservoir disposed between a condenser and an expansion valve, for collecting and storing refrigerant, a refrigerant blocking valve capable of blocking the flow of the refrigerant from the refrigerant reservoir towards the expansion valve, and a pressure gauge for measuring the pressure in a pipe connected to an entrance of the compressor, and a flammable refrigerant is used as the refrigerant. According to the method, when a refrigerant recovery operation starts, the refrigerant blocking valve operates to block the flow of the refrigerant from the refrigerant reservoir to the expansion valve and to allow the refrigerant to be stored in the refrigerant reservoir, and the compressor continuously operates to suck the refrigerant from the evaporator side and send the refrigerant towards the refrigerant reservoir, that is, refrigerant recovery is performed, and when the pressure which is measured by the pressure gauge is equal to or less than a set pressure value, it is determined that the refrigerant recovery is finished, and operation of the compressor is suspended.

La présente invention concerne un procédé de fonctionnement sûr pour un système de réfrigération utilisant un fluide frigorigène inflammable, le système de réfrigération comprenant un réservoir de fluide frigorigène disposé entre un condenseur et une vanne de détente, pour collecter et stocker un fluide frigorigène, une vanne de blocage de fluide frigorigène capable de bloquer l’écoulement du fluide frigorigène depuis le réservoir de fluide frigorigène vers la vanne de détente, et une jauge de pression pour mesurer la pression dans un tuyau raccordé à une entrée du compresseur, et un fluide frigorigène inflammable étant utilisé en tant que fluide frigorigène. Selon le procédé, lorsqu’une opération de récupération de fluide frigorigène commence, la soupape de blocage de fluide frigorigène fonctionne pour bloquer l’écoulement du fluide frigorigène depuis le réservoir de fluide frigorigène vers la vanne de détente et pour permettre au fluide frigorigène d’être stocké dans le réservoir de fluide frigorigène, et le compresseur fonctionne en continu pour aspirer le fluide frigorigène depuis le côté évaporateur et envoyer le fluide frigorigène vers le réservoir de fluide frigorigène, c’est-à-dire que la récupération de fluide frigorigène est effectuée, et lorsque la pression qui est mesurée par la jauge de pression est égale ou inférieure à une valeur de pression définie, il est déterminé que la récupération de réfrigérant est terminée, et le fonctionnement du compresseur est suspendu.

본 발명은, 냉동시스템에서, 응축기와 팽창밸브 사이에 배치되어 냉매를 모아 저장할 수 있는 냉매 저장기와, 상기 냉매 저장기로부터 상기 팽창밸브 측으로의 냉매의 유동을 차단할 수 있는 냉매차단밸브와, 상기 압축기의 입구측으로 연결되는 배관의 압력을 측정하는 압력 게이지를 포함하고, 냉매로는 가연성 냉매가 사용되며, 냉매 회수 동작이 시작되면, 상기 냉매차단밸브가 동작하여 상기 냉매 저장기로부터 상기 팽창밸브 사이의 냉매 유동이 차단되어 상기 냉매 저장기에 냉매가 저장되는 것을 허용하고, 상기 압축기는 계속 동작하여 상기 증발기 측으로부터 냉매를 흡입하여 상기 냉매 저장기 측으로 보내는 냉매 회수가 이루어지며, 상기 압력 게이지를 통해 압력을 측정하여, 압력이 설정된 압력값 이하로 내려가는 경우 냉매 회수 완료로 판단하고 상기 압축기를 정지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가연성 냉매를 이용하는 냉동시스템의 안전운전방법을 제공한다.
