Abstract
(EN)
[Problem] To provide a polybutylene terephthalate resin containing an alkali metal inorganic compound and having excellent flame retardancy. [Solution] The problem is solved by using a flame retardant polybutylene terephthalate resin composition characterized by including: a polybutylene terephthalate resin having a terminal carboxyl group content of 50 meq/kg or less; an alkali metal inorganic compound; a brominated epoxy-based flame retardant; and antimony trioxide, wherein the total content of an epoxy group in the overall composition is 0.010-0.020 mol/kg.

L'invention a pour objet une résine de poly(téréphtalate de butylène) contenant un composé inorganique de métal alcalin et ayant un excellent caractère ignifuge. À cet effet, l'invention porte sur une composition de résine de poly(téréphtalate de butylène) ignifuge caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend : une résine de poly(téréphtalate de butylène) ayant une teneur en groupes carboxyle terminaux inférieure ou égale à 50 méq/kg; un composé inorganique de métal alcalin; un agent ignifugeant à base d'époxy bromé; et du trioxyde d'antimoine, la teneur totale d'un groupe époxy dans la composition globale étant de 0,010 à 0,020 mol/kg.

【課題】アルカリ性の金属無機化合物を含有する、難燃性に優れたポリブチレンテレフタレート樹脂組成物を提供することを課題とする。 【解決手段】末端カルボキシル基量が50meq/kg以下のポリブチレンテレフタレート樹脂と、アルカリ性の金属無機化合物と、臭素化エポキシ系難燃剤と、三酸化アンチモンとを含み、組成物全体におけるエポキシ基の総含有量が0.010mol/kg以上、0.020mol/kg以下であることを特徴とする、難燃性ポリブチレンテレフタレート樹脂組成物を用いることにより上記の課題を解決する。
