A method for producing a water-absorbing resin powder which has been surface-crosslinked with a substance that is not a water-soluble polyvalent-metal salt and which contains a water-soluble polyvalent-metal salt, the method comprising spraying an aqueous polyvalent-metal salt solution having a polyvalent-metal salt concentration of 5 wt% or higher, with heating in a fluidized-bed mixer, over water-absorbing resin particles which are undergoing or have undergone surface crosslinking. By the production method, a water-absorbing resin powder having excellent liquid permeability can be easily obtained.

L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'une poudre de résine absorbant l'eau qui a été réticulée en surface avec une substance qui n'est pas un sel de métal polyvalent soluble dans l'eau et qui contient un sel de métal polyvalent soluble dans l'eau, le procédé comprenant la pulvérisation d'une solution aqueuse de sel de métal polyvalent ayant une concentration en sel de métal polyvalent de 5 % en poids ou plus, avec chauffage dans un mélangeur à lit fluidisé, sur des particules de résine absorbant l'eau qui subissent ou ont subi une réticulation de surface. Ce procédé de production permet d'obetenir facilement une poudre de résine absorbant l'eau ayant une excellente perméabilité aux liquides.

水溶性多価金属塩以外で表面架橋され且つ水溶性多価金属塩を含む吸水性樹脂粉末の製造方法であって、加熱下で多価金属塩の濃度が5重量%以上の多価金属塩水溶液を、流動層混合機内で表面架橋時または表面架橋後の吸水性樹脂粒子に噴霧する、吸水性樹脂粉末の製造方法によって、通液性に優れた吸水性樹脂粉末を簡便に得られる。
