This two-pack curable adhesive composition comprises: a base material (A) that contains a urethane prepolymer (a1) and a residual polyisocyanate (a2); and a curing agent (B) that contains a polyol compound (b1) and a polyamine compound (b2). The urethane prepolymer (a1) is obtained by a reaction wherein the equivalent ratio of the isocyanate groups in a starting material polyisocyanate to the hydroxyl groups in a polytetramethylene ether glycol is set to 2.05 or more. The equivalent ratio of the isocyanate groups in the base material (A) to the active hydrogen groups in the curing agent (B) is 0.5-4.

L’invention concerne une composition adhésive durcissante à deux constituants comprenant : un matériau de base (A) qui contient un prépolymère d'uréthane (a1) et un polyisocyanate résiduel (a2) ; et un agent de durcissement (B) qui contient un composé polyol (b1) et un composé polyamine (b2). Le prépolymère d'uréthane (a1) est obtenu par une réaction dans laquelle le rapport équivalent des groupes isocyanate dans un polyisocyanate de matériau de départ aux groupes hydroxyle dans un polytétraméthylène éther glycol est fixé à 2,05 ou plus. Le rapport équivalent des groupes isocyanate dans le matériau de base (A) aux groupes hydrogène actifs dans l'agent de durcissement (B) est de 0,5 à 4.

2液硬化型接着剤組成物は、ウレタンプレポリマー(a1)と、残存ポリイソシアネート(a2)と、を含む主剤(A)と、ポリオール化合物(b1)と、ポリアミン化合物(b2)と、を含む硬化剤(B)と、を有している。ウレタンプレポリマー(a1)は、ポリテトラメチレンエーテルグリコール中の水酸基に対する原料ポリイソシアネート中のイソシアネート基の当量比を2.05以上として反応させて得たものである。硬化剤(B)中の活性水素基に対する主剤(A)中のイソシアネート基の当量比が0.5~4である。
