Provided is a fastener which can be configured from a unitary resin material and has excellent vibration-isolating capability. The fastener is provided with two mounting portions and an interposed portion. At least one of the mounting portions is provided with a support column portion, a one-way portion, and an abutment portion. The support column portion is configured to be insertable into a mounting hole provided in a mounting object. The one-way portion is caught by the mounting object on the exit side of the mounting hole. The abutment portion abuts the mounting object on the entry side of the mounting hole. The one-way portion and the abutment portion deform when the mounting object or the fastener vibrates, thus suppressing vibrations in a direction parallel to an insertion direction. The interposed portion deforms when the mounting object or the fastener vibrates, thereby suppressing vibrations in a direction parallel to a surface orthogonal to the insertion direction.

L'invention concerne un élément de fixation qui peut être constitué d'un matériau de résine unitaire et qui présente une excellente capacité d'isolation vis-à-vis des vibrations. L'élément de fixation est pourvu de deux parties de montage et d'une partie interposée. Au moins une des parties de montage est pourvue d'une partie colonne de support, d'une partie unidirectionnelle et d'une partie butée. La partie colonne de support est conçue pour être insérée dans un trou de montage ménagé dans un objet de montage. La partie unidirectionnelle est prise par l'objet de montage sur le côté sortie du trou de montage. La partie butée vient en butée contre l'objet de montage sur le côté entrée du trou de montage. La partie unidirectionnelle et la partie butée se déforment lorsque l'objet de montage ou l'élément de fixation vibre, supprimant ainsi les vibrations dans une direction parallèle à un sens d'insertion. La partie interposée se déforme lorsque l'objet de montage ou l'élément de fixation vibre, ce qui permet de supprimer les vibrations dans une direction parallèle à une surface orthogonale au sens d'insertion.
