Abstract

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a kale cultivation method whereby kale suitable for salads can be cultivated. The kale cultivation method according to the present invention comprises step (a) for irradiating kale with red light from a light source and step (b) for irradiating the kale with blue light from a light source, wherein each irradiation time is from 3 hours or longer and shorter than 48 hours independently in the steps and the steps are alternately performed.

Le but de la présente invention est de fournir un procédé de culture de chou kale permettant de cultiver un chou kale approprié pour des salades. Le procédé de culture de chou kale selon la présente invention comprend une étape (a) consister à exposer le chou kale à de la lumière rouge provenant d'une source de lumière et une étape (b) consistant à exposer le chou kale à une lumière bleue provenant d'une source de lumière, chaque période d'exposition étant égale ou supérieure à 3 heures et inférieure à 48 heures indépendamment dans les étapes et les étapes étant effectuées en alternance.
