The present invention provides: an Ni-based super-heat-resistant alloy for aircraft engine cases, which has excellent high-temperature characteristics such as tensile characteristics and low cycle fatigue characteristics in a high temperature range, while exhibiting excellent processability; and an aircraft engine case which is formed of this Ni-based super-heat-resistant alloy for aircraft engine cases. An Ni-based super-heat-resistant alloy suitable for aircraft engine cases according to the present invention has a composition that contains, in mass%, 4.0-11.0% of Co, 12.0-17.0% of Cr, 2.0-4.0% of Al, 2.0-4.0% of Ti, 4.6-6.7% of (Al + Ti), more than 5.5% but 10.0% or less of Mo:, more than 0% but 4.0% or less of W, 0.001-0.040% of B, 0.02-0.06% of C, from 0% to 0.05% (inclusive) of Zr, from 0% to 0.005% (inclusive) of Mg, from 0% to 0.01% (inclusive) of P, from 0% to 1.0% (inclusive) of Nb, from 0% to 1.0% (inclusive) of Ta and from 0% to 2.0% (inclusive) of Fe, with the balance being made up of Ni and unavoidable impurities.

La présente invention concerne : un alliage super-résistant à la chaleur à base de Ni pour carters de moteur d'aéronef, qui présente d'excellentes caractéristiques à haute température telles que des caractéristiques de traction et des caractéristiques de fatigue oligocyclique dans une plage de température élevée, tout en présentant une excellente aptitude au traitement; et un carter de moteur d'aéronef qui est formé de cet alliage super-résistant à la chaleur à base de Ni pour carters de moteur d'aéronef. Un alliage super-résistant à la chaleur à base de Ni convenant à des carters de moteur d'aéronef selon la présente invention présente une composition qui contient, en % en masse, 4,0 à 11,0 % de Co, 12,0 à 17,0 % de Cr, 2,0 à 4,0 % d'Al, 2,0 à 4,0 % de Ti, 4,6 à 6,7 % de (Al + Ti), plus de 5,5 % mais 10,0 % ou moins de Mo; plus de 0 % mais 4,0 % ou moins de W, 0,001 à 0,040 % de B, 0,02 à 0,06 % de C, de 0 % à 0,05 % (inclus) de Zr, de 0 % à 0,005 % (inclus) de Mg, de 0 % à 0,01 % (inclus) de P, de 0 % à 1,0 % (inclus) de Nb, de 0 % à 1,0 % (inclus) de Ta et de 0 % à 2,0 % (inclus) de Fe, le reste étant constitué de Ni et d'impuretés inévitables.
