Provided is an ultrasonic bonding device capable of carrying out bonding reliably regardless of the type of workpiece. This ultrasonic bonding device 1 is equipped with: an upper pressure application unit 21 that comprises a plate member 21a and coil springs 21b and that moves the plate member 21a so as to apply pressure in a downward pressing direction to a box B constituting one of workpieces; a lower pressure application unit 22 that comprises a plate member 22a and coil springs 22b and that moves the plate member 22a so as to apply pressure in an upward pressing direction to an anvil 17; and a pressure application device 10 that applies pressure to stacked workpieces via a horn tip 6.

L'invention concerne un dispositif de liaison par ultrasons apte à réaliser une liaison de manière fiable quel que soit le type de pièce à travailler. Le dispositif de liaison par ultrasons (1) selon l'invention est équipé : d'une unité d'application de pression supérieure (21) qui comprend un élément plaque (21a) et des ressorts hélicoïdaux (21b) et qui déplace l'élément plaque (21a) de façon à appliquer une pression dans une direction de pression vers le bas à une boîte (B) constituant l'une des pièces à travailler ; d'une unité d'application de pression inférieure (22) qui comprend un élément plaque (22a) et des ressorts hélicoïdaux (22b) et qui déplace l'élément plaque (22a) de façon à appliquer une pression dans une direction de pression vers le haut à une enclume (17) ; et d'un dispositif d'application de pression (10) qui applique une pression sur des pièces à travailler empilées par l'intermédiaire d'une pointe de corne (6).
