Provided is a modified pigment obtained by changing a dye into a lake using an environmentally friendly method that does not use a metal, and having excellent color tone selectivity. The modified pigment according to the present invention is obtained by changing a dye having an acidic group and/or a basic group into a lake using at least one of amino acids or proteins.

L'invention concerne un pigment modifié obtenu par modification d'un colorant dans une laque à l'aide d'un procédé respectueux de l'environnement qui n'utilise pas de métal, et qui présente une excellente sélectivité de ton de couleur. Le pigment modifié selon la présente invention est obtenu par modification d'un colorant comprenant un groupe acide et/ou un groupe basique dans une laque à l'aide d'acides aminés et/ou de protéines.
