The present invention provides a program which causes a computer to function as a touch information acquiring unit (11) for acquiring, at prescribed time intervals, touch information indicating the presence or absence of a touch with respect to a touch panel, and coordinates, on a coordinate plane, corresponding to a touch position on the touch panel, a reference position managing unit (12) for managing the coordinates of a reference position set on the coordinate plane, an object controlling unit (13) for moving an object displayed on a screen in a movement direction determined on the basis of the touch position indicated by the touch information and the reference position, and a reference touch continuation position managing unit (14) which, during a period in which touch information indicating the presence of a touch with respect to the touch panel is being continuously acquired, manages the coordinates of a reference touch continuation position, which is a position on the coordinate plane at which a touch continuation time satisfies a set condition during said period, wherein the reference position managing unit (12) updates the coordinates of the reference position with the coordinates of the reference touch continuation position, if the touch position, the reference touch continuation position, and the reference position satisfy reference position change conditions.
