[Problem] To provide a method wherein, from an organic material-containing solution obtained by microbial fermentation, a microorganism, etc., a nitrogen compound and a phosphorus compound are removed all at once. Thus, foaming can be inhibited in, for example, a step of purification by distillation, etc., which enables the continuous operation of the method. In this method, moreover, a liquid discharge (a column bottom liquid) can be treated as such without separately performing a purification treatment. [Solution] A method for producing an organic material, said method comprising: a microbial fermentation step for obtaining a first organic material-containing solution containing the organic material, a nitrogen compound, a phosphorus compound and a microorganism by microbial fermentation; a separation step for heating the first organic material-containing solution and thus separating the solution into a liquid or solid component containing the nitrogen compound, the phosphorus compound and the microorganism and a gas component containing the organic material; a liquefaction step for liquefying the gas component containing the organic material by condensation to give a second organic material-containing solution; and a second purification step for separating the second organic material-containing solution into a distillate containing the organic material and a second column bottom liquid, wherein the concentration of the nitrogen compound in the second column bottom liquid is 0-150 ppm relative to the total mass of the second column bottom liquid, and the concentration of the phosphorus compound in the second column bottom liquid is 0-5 ppm relative to the total mass of the second column bottom liquid.

L'invention a pour but de fournir un procédé permettant d'éliminer simultanément un micro-organisme, etc, un composé azoté et un composé phosphoré, à partir d'une solution contenant un matériau organique obtenue par fermentation microbienne, Ainsi, le moussage peut être prévenu dans, par exemple, dans une étape de purification par distillation, etc, ce qui permet le déroulement continu du procédé. [課題]微生物発酵により得られた有機物質含有液から微生物等並びに窒素化合物およびリン化合物を一挙に除去することで、例えば、蒸留などの精製工程において発泡が抑制されて連続的に運転が可能になるとともに、排液(缶出液)を別途精製処理に供することなく、そのまま処理できる方法を提供する。 「解決手段」微生物発酵により有機物質、窒素化合物、リン化合物、および微生物を含む第1の有機物質含有液を得る微生物発酵工程と、前記第1の有機物質含有液を加熱して、窒素化合物、リン化合物、および微生物を含む液体ないし固体成分と、有機物質を含む気体成分とに分離する分離工程と、前記有機物質を含む気体成分を凝縮により液化して有機物質を含む第2の有機物質含有液を得る液化工程と、前記第2の有機物質含有液から有機物質を含む留出液と第2の缶出液とに分離する第2の精製工程と、を含み、前記第2の缶出液中の窒素化合物濃度が、第2の缶出液の全質量に対して、0~150ppmであり、前記第2の缶出液中のリン化合物濃度が、第2の缶出液の全質量に対して、0~5ppmである、有機物質の製造方法。
