Abstract

This exhaust gas cleaning catalyst is provided with a fire-resistant three-dimensional structural body (10), a first catalyst layer (20) provide on a first surface side of the fire-resistant three-dimensional structural body (10), and a second catalyst layer (30) provided on a side of the first catalyst layer (20) opposite to the fire-resistant three-dimensional structural body (10). The first catalyst layer (20) contains: a complex oxide including cerium and zirconium; and elemental rhodium. The second catalyst layer (30) contains: a complex oxide including cerium and zirconium; and elemental palladium. The amount of cerium included in the second catalyst layer (30), in terms of cerium dioxide, is 10-25 g per liter of the fire-resistant three-dimensional structural body (10).

Ce catalyseur de nettoyage de gaz d'échappement est pourvu d'un corps structural tridimensionnel résistant au feu (10), une première couche de catalyseur (20) se trouvant sur un premier côté de surface du corps structurel tridimensionnel résistant au feu (10), et une seconde couche de catalyseur (30) disposée sur un côté de la première couche de catalyseur (20) opposé au corps structural tridimensionnel résistant au feu (10). La première couche de catalyseur (20) contient : un oxyde complexe comprenant du cérium et du zirconium; et du rhodium élémentaire. La seconde couche de catalyseur (30) contient : un oxyde complexe comprenant du cérium et du zirconium; et du palladium élémentaire. La quantité de cérium incluse dans la seconde couche de catalyseur (30), en termes de dioxyde de cérium, est de 10-25 g par litre du corps structural tridimensionnel résistant au feu (10).

排ガス浄化触媒は、耐火性三次元構造体(10)と、耐火性三次元構造体(10)の第一面側に設けられた第一触媒層(20)と、第一触媒層(20)の耐火性三次元構造体(10)とは反対側に設けられた第二触媒層(30)とを備え、第一触媒層(20)は、セリウムとジルコニウムとを含む複合酸化物と、ロジウム元素とを含み、第二触媒層(30)は、セリウムとジルコニウムとを含む複合酸化物と、パラジウム元素とを含み、第二触媒層(30)に含まれるセリウムが、二酸化セリウム換算で、耐火性三次元構造体(10)の1リットル当たり10g以上25g以下である。
