The resin composition according to the present invention is to be used for forming a second layer in an optical layer 10, said optical layer 10 comprising a first layer (a substrate layer 1) containing a resin material and a visible light absorber and the second layer (a protective layer 2) protecting the first layer, comprises a silicon-modified (meth)acrylic resin, urethane (meth)acrylate and a polyfunctional (meth)acrylate, and satisfies the following requirement A. Requirement A: When the second layer is formed on the substrate and allowed to stand in the state where a coating film of a solvent mixture, which contains 45 wt% or more of a petroleum solvent, is formed on the second layer, then, after removing the solvent mixture, the adhesion, which is evaluated by the cross-cut method, of the second layer cut in a lattice shape to the substrate is 95% or more.

本発明の樹脂組成物は、樹脂材料と可視光吸収剤とを含む第1層(基材層1)と、第1層を保護する第2層(保護層2)とを備える光学性層10における、第2層を形成するために用いられ、シリコン変性(メタ)アクリル樹脂とウレタン(メタ)アクリレートと多官能(メタ)アクリレートとを含み、下記要件Aを満足する。 要件A:基材上に第2層を形成したとき、石油系溶剤を45wt%以上含む混合溶剤の塗膜を第2層上に形成した状態で静置した後、混合溶剤の除去後におけるクロスカット法による、格子状に切断された第2層の基材に対する付着性が95%以上となる。
