The light absorption spectrum of an optical sample has a first light absorption peak (101) and a second light absorption peak (102). The first peak wavelength λp1 of the first light absorption peak (101) is 590 nm to 800 nm, and the second peak wavelength λp2 of the second light absorption peak (102) is more than 800 nm to no more than 1150 nm. This optical sample is used for measuring using light having a first wavelength λ1 equal to or less than the isosbestic point of oxygenated hemoglobin and deoxygenated hemoglobin, for example, and light having a second wavelength λ2 which is greater than the first wavelength λ1 and equal to or greater than the isosbestic point.

La présente invention concerne un échantillon optique dont le spectre d'absorption de lumière a un premier pic d'absorption de lumière (101) et un second pic d'absorption de lumière (102). La première longueur d'onde de pic λp1 du premier pic d'absorption de lumière (101) est de 590 nm à 800 nm, et la seconde longueur d'onde de pic λp2 du second pic d'absorption de lumière (102) est dans la plage supérieure à 800 nm et inférieure à 1150 nm. 光学試料の光吸収スペクトルは、第1の光吸収ピーク(101)と第2の光吸収ピーク(102)とを有する。第1の光吸収ピーク(101)の第1のピーク波長λp1は、590nm以上800nm以下であり、第2の光吸収ピーク(102)の第2のピーク波長λp2は、800nm超過1150nm以下である。光学試料はたとえば、少なくとも酸素化ヘモグロビンと脱酸素化ヘモグロビンとの等吸収点以下である第1の波長λの光および、第1の波長λよりも長く、かつ等吸収点以上である第2の波長λの光を用いた測定に用いられる。
