This braking structure for an in-wheel motor drive device is provided with: an in-wheel motor drive device provided with a wheel hub bearing portion (11) including an outer race (12) joining a road wheel (W) to a brake rotor (BR), an inner race (13) disposed coaxially with the outer race (12), and a plurality of rolling elements (14) disposed in an annular gap between the outer race and the inner race, and a motor portion for driving the outer race; a carrier member (17) which is linked to a vehicle body side member and is fixedly mounted to an inside fixing member (15) for the inner race (13); and a brake caliper bracket (18) which has an inside end (18b) joined to the carrier member (17), and which supports a brake caliper (19) at an outside end (18a) thereof.

La présente invention concerne une structure de freinage pour un dispositif d'entraînement de moteur-roue comportant : un dispositif d'entraînement de moteur-roue doté d'une partie de roulement de moyeu de roue (11) incluant un chemin de roulement extérieur (12) reliant une roue de roulement (W) à un disque de frein (BR), un chemin de roulement intérieur (13) disposé coaxialement avec le chemin de roulement extérieur (12), et une pluralité d'éléments de roulement (14) disposés dans un espace annulaire entre le chemin de roulement extérieur et le chemin de roulement intérieur, et une partie de moteur permettant d'entraîner le chemin de roulement extérieur ; un élément de support (17) qui est lié à l'élément de côté de carrosserie de véhicule et est fixement monté sur un élément de fixation intérieur (15) pour le chemin de roulement intérieur (13) ; et un support d'étrier de frein (18) qui présente une extrémité intérieure (18b) raccordée à l'élément de support (17), et qui supporte un étrier de frein (19) au niveau d'une extrémité extérieure (18a) de celui-ci.
