A light-emitting element mounting substrate (1) is provided with a base (10) and a raised part (20). The base (10) has a front surface (11) which is a major surface, and a back surface (12), the front surface (11) including a mounting part (11a) in which a light-emitting element (30) can be mounted. The raised part (20) is disposed at a peripheral part (11b) of the front surface (11) so as to surround the mounting part (11a). The front surface (11) is inclined at a predetermined angle (θ0) with respect to the back surface (12). The raised part (20) is provided with an opening part (25) in a portion of the peripheral part (11b) of the front surface (11) at which the thickness of the base (10) is reduced due to the inclination of the front surface (11). The portion of the raised part (20) at which the opening part (25) is provided is inclined in the same direction as the front surface (11) with respect to the back surface (12).

L'invention concerne un substrat de montage d'élément électroluminescent (1) pourvu d'une base (10) et d'une partie surélevée (20). La base (10) comporte une surface avant (11), qui est une surface principale, et une surface arrière (12), la surface avant (11) comprenant une partie de montage (11a) dans laquelle peut être monté un élément électroluminescent (30). La partie surélevée (20) est disposée au niveau d'une partie périphérique (11b) de la surface avant (11) de façon à entourer la partie de montage (11a). La surface avant (11) est inclinée selon un angle prédéfini (θ0) par rapport à la surface arrière (12). La partie surélevée (20) est pourvue d'une partie d'ouverture (25) ménagée dans une partie de la partie périphérique (11b) de la surface avant (11) au niveau de laquelle l'épaisseur de la base (10) est réduite en raison de l'inclinaison de la surface avant (11). La partie de la partie surélevée (20) au niveau de laquelle est ménagée la partie d'ouverture (25) est inclinée dans la même direction que la surface avant (11) par rapport à la surface arrière (12).
