The present invention comprises: desulfurization equipment 10 provided with a desulfurization device 11 for bringing seawater and combustion exhaust gas into contact with each other to thereby cause the seawater to absorb sulfur oxide included in the combustion exhaust gas; desalination equipment 20 provided with a first reverse osmosis membrane 22 for producing fresh water from saltwater, which is mixed water obtained by mixing the seawater and drainage water from the desulfurization equipment 10; a first pH measurement device 41 for measuring the pH of the saltwater flowing through a saltwater supply system 54 that connects the desulfurization equipment 10 and the desalination equipment 20; and a control device 30 for establishing a mixing ratio for the drainage water and the seawater in the saltwater on the basis of the pH measured by the first pH measurement device 41.

La présente invention concerne un système de traitement d'eau comprenant : un appareillage de désulfuration (10) pourvu d'un dispositif de désulfuration (11) destiné à mettre de l'eau de mer et du gaz effluent de combustion en contact l'un avec l'autre pour de cette manière amener l'eau de mer à absorber l'oxyde de souffre inclus dans le gaz effluent de combustion ; un appareillage de dessalement (20) pourvu d'une première membrane d'osmose inverse (22) pour la production d'eau douce à partir d'eau salée, qui est de l'eau mélangée obtenue par mélange de l'eau de mer et d'eau de drainage provenant de l'appareillage de désulfuration (10) ; un premier dispositif de mesure de pH (41) destiné à mesurer le pH de l'eau salée circulant dans un système d'alimentation en eau salée (54) qui raccorde l'appareillage de désulfuration (10) et l'appareillage de dessalement (20) ; et un dispositif de commande (30) destiné à établir un rapport de mélange pour l'eau de drainage et l'eau de mer dans l'eau salée sur la base du pH mesuré par le premier dispositif de mesure de pH (41).
