After an annular plate is blanked from a metal flat plate in a blanking step, an inner peripheral portion of the annular plate is deformed upward in a burring step. As a result, a hat-shaped intermediate product having an upstanding tubular portion and an annular plate portion is formed. After that, an outer peripheral portion of the annular plate portion is folded step by step toward an inner peripheral side of the annular plate portion. As a result, a folded portion 24 composed of a first folded portion 45 and a second folded portion 49 is formed, whereby a connection portion 13 having a second flange portion 22 is formed.

Une fois qu'une plaque annulaire est découpée à partir d'une plaque plate métallique lors d'une étape de découpage, une partie périphérique intérieure de la plaque annulaire est déformée vers le haut lors d'une étape d'ébavurage. Par conséquent, un produit intermédiaire en forme de chapeau ayant une partie tubulaire verticale et une partie plaque annulaire est formé. Après cela, une partie périphérique extérieure de la partie plaque annulaire est pliée étape par étape vers un côté périphérique intérieur de la partie plaque annulaire. En conséquence, une partie pliée 24 composée d'une première partie pliée 45 et d'une seconde partie pliée 49 est formée, moyennant quoi une partie de liaison 13 ayant une seconde partie bride 22 est formée.
