Provided is a new fluorescent observation camera system that is capable handling various fluorescence reagents with a single device and of detecting different types of tissues at the same time. The present invention comprises a camera unit (1) for imaging a subject, the camera unit (1) including: a lens (2) that collects infrared light and visible light from the subject; an illumination means (3) which is arranged in a ring-like manner around the lens (2), has a white light source and at least two types of excitation light sources, and is capable of simultaneously emitting two types of excitation light; a filter (4) that removes excitation light which is reflected from the subject and has passed through the lens (2); a beam splitter (5) that separates the infrared light and the visible light that have passed through the filter (4); an infrared light imaging element (6) that images the infrared light that has been separated by the beam splitter (5); and a visible light imaging element (7) that images the visible light that has been separated by the beam splitter (5).

L'invention concerne un nouveau système de caméra d'observation par fluorescence qui est capable de traiter divers réactifs de fluorescence avec un seul dispositif et de détecter différents types de tissus en même temps. La présente invention comprend un ensemble caméra (1) pour capturer l'image d'un sujet, l'ensemble caméra (1) comprenant : une lentille (2) qui collecte la lumière infrarouge et la lumière visible provenant du sujet ; un moyen d'éclairage (3) qui est disposé de manière circulaire autour de la lentille (2), qui comporte une source de lumière blanche et au moins deux types de sources de lumière d'excitation et qui est capable d'émettre simultanément deux types de lumière d'excitation ; un filtre (4) qui élimine la lumière d'excitation réfléchie par le sujet et qui a traversé la lentille (2) ; un diviseur de faisceau (5) qui sépare la lumière infrarouge et la lumière visible ayant traversé le filtre (4) ; un élément d'imagerie de la lumière infrarouge (6) qui capture l'image en lumière infrarouge séparée par le diviseur de faisceau (5) ; et un élément d'imagerie en lumière visible (7) qui capture l'image de la lumière visible séparée par le diviseur de faisceau (5).
