The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for producing a polymer compound in which the low-molecular-weight component content is low. A method for purifying a polymer compound A that includes a structural unit represented by formula (1) and producing a polymer compound B that includes a structural unit represented by formula (1) and has reduced low-molecular-weight components, wherein the purification includes a step for treating a mixture that contains the polymer compound A and a solvent by column chromatography using an adsorbent, the loading level of adsorbent in the column is 300 parts by mass or higher per 100 parts by mass of the polymer compound A, and the mesopore volume of the adsorbent is 0.3-0.7 cm3/g. [In the formula, Ar1 and Ar2 each independently represent a divalent aromatic hydrocarbon group, divalent heterocyclic group, or the like, and when multiple Ar2 are present, each may be the same or different. Ar3 represents a monovalent aromatic hydrocarbon group or the like. a represents an integer of 0-2.]

Le but de la présente invention est de fournir un procédé de production d'un composé polymère dans lequel la teneur en constituants de faible poids moléculaire est faible.
