The purpose of the present invention is to provide an observation system and an observation method and an observation control program that can acquire an image with reduced blur even when the environmental temperature is changed. A detection unit 18 detects a position in a vertical direction of a container 50. An imaging optical system control unit 21 acquires an adjusted value of an imaging position of an imaging optical system in response to the detected position. A correction unit 22 corrects the adjusted value in response to a change in a refractive index of the container 50 corresponding to a temperature of the container. The imaging optical system control unit 21 adjusts the imaging position of an observation object according to the corrected adjusted value.

La présente invention concerne un système d'observation et un procédé d'observation et un programme de commande d'observation qui peuvent acquérir une image présentant un flou réduit même lorsque la température ambiante est modifiée. Une unité de détection (18) détecte une position dans une direction verticale d'un contenant (50). Une unité de commande de système optique d'imagerie (21) acquiert une valeur ajustée d'une position d'imagerie d'un système optique d'imagerie en réponse à la position détectée. 観察装置および方法並びに観察制御プログラムにおいて、環境温度が変化してもボケが低減された画像を取得できるようにする。 検出部18が、容器50の鉛直方向の位置を検出し、結像光学系制御部21が、検出した位置に応じた結像光学系の結像位置の調整値を取得する。補正部22が、容器50の温度に応じた容器の屈折率の変化に応じて調整値を補正する。結像光学系制御部 21は補正された調整値により観察対称の結像位置を調整する。
