The present invention is provided with hanger pins (83) which are inserted on the outside of a pair of pads in the disk radial direction and movably support the pair of pads. The hanger pins (83) each have: on one end side thereof, a male screw part (172) screwed to a screw hole (152) provided in a caliper body (81); on the other side thereof, a supported part (177) arranged on a pin support hole (163) provided in the caliper body (81); and an annular step part (185) in which a release preventing member is arranged on the reverse side from the male screw part (172), wherein the distance (Lp) from an end section (172a) on the annular stage part (185) side of the male screw part (172) to a contact section between the release prevention member arranged in the annular step part (185) and the pin support hole (163) is greater than the distance (Lo) from an end section on the reverse side from the pin support hole (163) side of the screw hole (152) to an end section on the screw hole (152) side of the pin support hole (163).
