Provided is an optical film with excellent sliding properties that comprises a readily adhering layer and that can be used to form a film in which tightness of contact with the layer disposed above the readily adhering layer is excellent and which imparts an excellent blackness when applied to a display device. Also provided are a laminate film and a touch panel. The optical film comprises a substrate film and the readily adhering layer disposed on at least one of the surfaces of the substrate film. The readily adhering layer contains a resin, silica particles, and other than the silica particles, metal oxide particles. The mean film thickness of the readily adhering layer in a vertical cross section thereof is calculated and the region amounting to 50% of the mean film thickness from the substrate film side of the readily adhering layer is defined as the lower region, and the region excluding the lower region of the readily adhering layer is defined as the upper region. When the proportion of the entire surface area of the lower region occupied by the surface area attributed to metal oxide particles is A and the proportion of the entire surface area of the upper region occupied by the surface area attributed to metal oxide particles is B, the ratio of A to B is 1.05 or greater. The surface on the side facing away from the substrate film side of the readily adhering layer has an arithmetic mean roughness Ra of 10 nm or greater but less than 20 nm.

L'invention concerne un film optique ayant d'excellentes propriétés de glissement qui comprend une couche facilement adhérente et qui peut être utilisé pour former un film dans lequel l'étanchéité du contact avec la couche disposée au-dessus de la couche facilement adhérente est excellente et qui confère une excellente noirceur lorsqu'elle est appliquée à un dispositif d'affichage.
