[Problem] To provide a liquid coating device that can deliver a liquid using a simple and compact configuration. [Solution] A liquid coating device 1 has: a liquid storage unit 10 that stores a liquid; a delivery unit 30 that delivers the liquid to the outside; a pressure regulation unit 20 that pressurizes, in accordance with a pressurization signal for inside a liquid chamber 33, the inside of the liquid storage unit 10 to have a greater positive pressure than the atmospheric pressure; and a control unit 60 that outputs, at a designated time, a high-frequency signal to a piezoelectric element 41 and the pressurization signal to the pressure regulation unit 20. The delivery unit 30 has: the liquid chamber 33; an inflow channel 34 that supplies the liquid from the liquid storage unit 10 into the liquid chamber 33; a diaphragm 35 that varies the capacity of the liquid chamber 33 by way of deforming in the thickness direction; and a drive unit 40 that deforms, in accordance with a delivery signal, the diaphragm 35 in the thickness direction and that deforms the diaphragm 35, in accordance with the high-frequency signal, in the thickness direction at an amplitude that is smaller than the amplitude of the deformation generated in accordance with the delivery signal.

Le problème abordé par l'invention est de fournir un dispositif de revêtement liquide qui peut distribuer un liquide à l'aide d'une configuration simple et compacte. A cet effet, l'invention concerne un dispositif de revêtement liquide 1 comprenant : une unité de stockage de liquide 10 qui stocke un liquide ; une unité de distribution 30 qui distribue le liquide à l'extérieur ; une unité de régulation de pression 20 qui met sous pression, en fonction d'un signal de mise sous pression pour l'intérieur d'une chambre de liquide 33, l'intérieur de l'unité de stockage de liquide 10 pour avoir une pression positive supérieure à la pression atmosphérique ; et une unité de contrôle 60 qui délivre, à un instant désigné, un signal haute fréquence à un élément piézoélectrique 41 et le signal de mise sous pression à l'unité de régulation de pression 20. L'unité de distribution 30 comprend : la chambre de liquide 33 ; un canal d'entrée 34 qui fournit le liquide de l'unité de stockage de liquide 10 dans la chambre de liquide 33 ; un diaphragme 35 qui fait varier la capacité de la chambre de liquide 33 par déformation dans la direction de l'épaisseur ; et une unité d'entraînement 40 qui déforme, conformément à un signal de distribution, le diaphragme 35 dans la direction de l'épaisseur et qui déforme le diaphragme 35, conformément au signal haute fréquence, dans la direction de l'épaisseur à une amplitude qui est inférieure à l'amplitude de la déformation générée en fonction du signal de distribution.
