A puncture needle (16) is provided with a needle body part (20) and a needle leading end part (22) having a blade surface (16d) inclined with respect to an axis (a) of the puncture needle (16). An ultrasonic wave reflection structure (26) has a plurality of reflection parts (30) that are open in an inner peripheral surface (22s) of the needle leading end part (22) and that are shaped like holes or grooves. Each of the plurality of reflection parts (30) has a reflection surface (32) oriented in the proximal end direction of the needle body part (20). The angle of the reflection surface (32) with respect to the axis (a) in a cross section along the axis (a) of the puncture needle (16) is set in at least two manners in the plurality of reflection parts (30).

L'invention concerne une aiguille de ponction (16) pourvue d'une partie corps d'aiguille (20) et d'une partie extrémité avant d'aiguille (22) ayant une surface de lame (16d) inclinée par rapport à un axe (a) de l'aiguille de ponction (16). Une structure de réflexion d'onde ultrasonore (26) comporte une pluralité de parties réflexion (30) qui sont ouvertes dans une surface périphérique interne (22s) de la partie extrémité avant d'aiguille (22) et qui sont formées comme des trous ou des rainures. Chacune de la pluralité de parties réflexion (30) a une surface de réflexion (32) orientée dans la direction d'extrémité proximale de la partie corps d'aiguille (20). L'angle de la surface de réflexion (32) par rapport à l'axe (a) dans une section transversale le long de l'axe (a) de l'aiguille de ponction (16) est réglé d'au moins deux manières dans la pluralité de parties réflexion (30).
