[Problem] The present invention addresses the problem of providing foamed particles with which it is possible to produce, by in-mold foam molding, a foam molded article having exceptional surface smoothness and a high degree of freedom of shape. [Solution] The above problem is solved by foamed particles for in-mold foam molding, the foamed particles having a thermoplastic polyester resin as a base resin, wherein the foamed particles are characterized in that: the thermoplastic polyester resin is amorphous and includes a unit derived from a diol component; the diol component is selected from 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol, 2,2,4,4-tetramethyl-1,3-cyclopentanediol, and spiroglycol; and the foamed particles have an average bubble diameter of 15-75 μm.

Le problème décrit par la présente invention est de fournir des particules expansées avec lesquelles il est possible de produire, par moulage de mousse dans le moule, un article moulé en mousse présentant un lissé de surface exceptionnel et un degré élevé de liberté de forme. Le problème ci-dessus est résolu par des particules expansées pour le moulage de mousse dans le moule, les particules expansées comprenant une résine de polyester thermoplastique utilisée comme résine de base, les particules expansées étant caractérisées en ce que : la résine de polyester thermoplastique est amorphe et comprend un motif dérivé d'un constituant diol ; le constituant diol est choisi parmi le 1,4-cyclohexanediméthanol, le 2,2,4,4-tétraméthyl-1,3-cyclopentanediol et le spiroglycol ; et les particules expansées ont un diamètre moyen de bulle de 15 à 75 µm.

【課題】表面平滑性に優れ、かつ形状自由度の高い発泡成形体を型内発泡成形で製造し得る発泡粒子を提供することを課題とする。 【解決手段】熱可塑性ポリエステル系樹脂を基材樹脂とする型内発泡成形用の発泡粒子であって、前記熱可塑性ポリエステル系樹脂が、非晶性であり、かつジオール成分に由来する単位を含み、前記ジオール成分が、1,4-シクロヘキサンジメタノール、2,2,4,4-テトラメチル-1,3-シクロブタンジオール及びスピログリコールから選択され、前記発泡粒子が、15~75μmの平均気泡径を有することを特徴とする発泡粒子により上記課題を解決する。
