A determination method is provided which nondestructively and simply determines the state of an aggregate of multiple cells formed with three-dimensional culturing. In this determination method, a phase difference image of an aggregate of multiple cells is generated from a hologram captured of the aggregate; the phase difference density is derived by dividing the phase difference sum, which is the value obtained by adding up the phase differences of each of multiple pixels constituting the phase difference image, by the volume of the aggregate; and, the state of the aggregate is determined on the basis of the transition over time of the phase difference density.

Procédé de détermination servant à déterminer de manière non destructive et simple l'état d'un agrégat de multiples cellules formées avec une culture tridimensionnelle. Dans ce procédé de détermination, une image de différence de phase d'un agrégat de multiples cellules est générée à partir d'une capture d'hologramme de l'agrégat; la densité de différence de phase est obtenue en divisant la somme des différences de phase, qui est la valeur obtenue par l'addition des différences de phase de chacun des multiples pixels constituant l'image de différence de phase, par le volume de l'agrégat; et, l'état de l'agrégat est déterminé sur la base de la transition au fil du temps de la densité de différence de phase.

三次元培養により形成される複数の細胞の凝集体の状態を非破壊且つ簡便に判定する判定方法を提供する。開示の技術に係る判定方法は、複数の細胞の凝集体を撮像したホログラムから凝集体の位相差画像を生成し、位相差画像を構成する複数の画素の各々の位相差量を積算した値である位相差量総和を凝集体の体積で除算した位相差量密度を導出し、位相差量密度の時間推移に基づいて、凝集体の状態を判定することを含む。
