A flat solid-state battery according to the present invention is provided with: a battery case that is formed by an outer can and a sealing can; and a laminate that is formed by laminating a positive electrode, a solid electrolyte layer, and a negative electrode, wherein the laminate is stored in the battery case, and a flexible conductive porous member formed by a graphite molding is disposed between the laminate and the inner bottom surface of the outer can or the inner bottom surface of the sealing can. In the flat solid-state battery, the conductive porous member can be disposed between the laminate and the inner bottom surface of the sealing can and between the laminate and the inner bottom surface of the outer can.
