A method for producing a cell structure having such a structure that the periphery of a liquid cell suspension containing a plurality of cells is coated with a gel-like substance comprises: a liquid cell suspension circulation step of circulating a liquid cell suspension in a tubular flow path; a coating step of injecting a gel precursor into the flow path to coat the periphery of the liquid cell suspension with the gel precursor; an alternate flow formation step of injecting a gas into the flow path to form, in the flow path, an alternate flow composed of the liquid cell suspension coated with the gel precursor and the gas; and a gelatinization step of injecting a gelatinizing agent into the flow path to combine the gelatinizing agent to the alternate flow, thereby gelatinizing the gel precursor.

Procédé de production d'une structure cellulaire ayant une structure telle que la périphérie d'une suspension cellulaire liquide contenant une pluralité de cellules est revêtue d'une substance de type gel comprenant les étapes suivantes: circulation d'une suspension cellulaire liquide consistant à faire circuler une suspension cellulaire liquide le long d'une voie d'écoulement tubulaire; revêtement consistant à injecter un précurseur de gel dans la voie d'écoulement pour recouvrir la périphérie de la suspension cellulaire liquide avec le précurseur de gel; formation de flux alternatif consistant à injecter un gaz dans la voie d'écoulement pour former, dans la voie d'écoulement, un flux alternatif composé de la suspension cellulaire liquide revêtue du précurseur de gel et du gaz; gélatinisation consistant à injecter un agent de gélatinisation dans la voie d'écoulement pour combiner l'agent de gélatinisation au flux alternatif, ce qui permet de gélatiniser le précurseur de gel.
