The purpose of this invention is to provide a test method that can efficiently execute a step of evaluating the surface condition of a dispensing probe of a dispensing device. In this test method, using a first dispensing probe, a first solution in which a pigment has been dissolved is dispensed into a first container in advance and a second solution in which a pigment has not been dissolved is dispensed into a second container in advance. Using a second dispensing probe, the first solution and the second are drawn and discharged, respectively. Afterward, the surface condition of the second dispensing probe is evaluated by finding the amount of pigment recovered by the second solution (see fig. 2).

L'objectif de la présente invention est de fournir une méthode d'essai pouvant exécuter efficacement une étape d'évaluation de l'état de surface d'une sonde de distributeur d'un dispositif de distribution. Dans ladite méthode d'essai, grâce à une première sonde de distributeur, une première solution dans laquelle un pigment a été dissous est distribuée dans un premier récipient à l'avance et une seconde solution dans laquelle un pigment n'a pas été dissous est distribuée dans un second récipient à l'avance. Grâce à une seconde sonde de distributeur, la première solution et la seconde solution sont prélevées et vidangées, respectivement. Ensuite, l'état de surface de la seconde sonde de distributeur est évalué par la recherche de la quantité de pigment récupéré par la seconde solution (voir FIG. 2).

本発明は、分注装置が備える分注プローブの表面状態を評価する工程を効率的に実施することができる試験方法を提供することを目的とする。本発明に係る試験方法は、第1分注プローブによって、色素を溶かした第1溶液をあらかじめ第1容器に分注するとともに色素を溶かしていない第2溶液をあらかじめ第2容器に分注しておき、第2分注プローブによって前記第1溶液と前記第2溶液をそれぞれ吸引および吐出する。その後、前記第2溶液が回収した色素量を求めることにより、前記第2分注プローブの表面状態を評価する(図2参照)。
