Abstract
(EN)
To detect a power storage element that has an abnormality in a lowering speed of a charging state without depending on the operation state of a power storage system, this power storage system comprises: a power storage device (10); a controller (105) which controls a balancing operation for equalizing a difference in a charging state between power storage elements (10a, b); and an abnormality detection device (100) which detects an abnormality in the power storage device. The abnormality detection device (100) cumulatively calculates history information about a plurality of the balancing operations performed by the controller (105), determines, on the basis of a cumulative result of history information about the balancing operation, the abnormality in the lowering speed of the charging state of each power storage element, and outputs the result of the determination.
