Provided are a water- and oil-repellent agent and a copolymer that are superior in terms of water repellency, oil repellency and wear resistance. The present invention pertains to a copolymer formed by polymerizing constituent monomers containing at least a (meth)acrylate compound (a1) having a C1-6 fluoroalkyl group, an alkoxysilyl group-containing (meth)acrylate (a2) and a (meth)acrylate compound (a3) having a hydrocarbon ring structure.

L'invention concerne un agent hydrophobe et oléophobe et un copolymère, excellents en termes d'hydrophobie, d'oléophobie et de résistance à l'usure. Plus précisément, l'invention concerne un copolymère obtenu par polymérisation de monomères constitutifs contenant au moins: un composé (méth)acrylate (a1) possédant un groupe fluoroalkyle C1-6, un (méth)acrylate (a2) contenant un groupe alcokysilyle et un composé (méth)acrylate (a3) possédant une structure annulaire hydrocarbure.
