[Problem] Conventional classifying rotors have the disadvantage of inferior classification accuracy due to separation vortexes generated on the rear surfaces of classifying blades. [Solution] A classifying rotor of the present invention comprises: a rotatable frame body having an opening section on the outer peripheral section thereof and a discharge port for discharging a fluid that has flowed thereinto from the opening section; and a plurality of classifying blades circumferentially arranged at desired intervals on the outer peripheral portion inside the frame body, wherein the classifying blades are provided to the frame body so that the angle defined by the directions of the classifying blades and the rotary direction of the frame body is a desired inclination angle, and the desired inclination angle is the angle at which good classification accuracy is obtained when inclining the classifying blades so that the defined angle gradually decreases from 90 degrees. In addition, a plurality of rectification blades are provided inside the classifying blades.

La présente invention aborde le problème de la faible précision de classification des rotors de classification classiques en raison des tourbillons de séparation produits sur les surfaces arrière des lames de classement. La solution selon la présente invention concerne un rotor de classification comprenant : un corps de cadre rotatif comportant une section d'ouverture sur sa section périphérique externe et un orifice d'évacuation permettant d'évacuer un fluide ayant coulé à son intérieur à partir de la section d'ouverture ; et une pluralité de lames de classement disposées de manière circonférentielle à des intervalles souhaités sur la partie périphérique externe à l'intérieur du corps de cadre. Les lames de classement sont disposées au niveau du corps de cadre de sorte que l'angle défini par les directions des lames de classement et la direction de rotation du corps de cadre soit un angle d'inclinaison souhaité ; et l'angle d'inclinaison souhaité est l'angle permettant d'obtenir une bonne précision de classification lors de l'inclinaison des lames de classement, de sorte que l'angle défini diminue progressivement à partir de 90 degrés. De plus, une pluralité de lames de rectification est disposée à l'intérieur des lames de classement.

【課題】従来の分級ローターは、分級羽根の背面に生ずる剥離渦により、分級精度が悪いという欠点があった。 【解決手段】本発明の分級ローターは、外周部に開口部を有し、該開口部から内部に流入した流体を外部に排出する排出口を有する回転自在な枠体と、該枠体内の外周側部分に、円周方向に所望の間隔を存して配置された複数の分級羽根とよりなり、該分級羽根の方向と、前記枠体の回転方向とのなす角度が、所望の傾斜角度となるように、前記分級羽根を前記枠体に設けられ、前記所望の傾斜角度とは、前記なす角度を、90度から徐々に少なくなるように前記分級羽根を傾斜させた場合に、分級精度が良くなる角度であることを特徴とする。また、分級羽根の内側に、複数の整流羽根を設ける。
