In order to appropriately control communications even if a BFR procedure is performed in a plurality of cells, this user terminal is provided with: a transmission unit that transmits a Beam Failure Recovery reQuest (BFRQ) to a cell having a radio link failure; and a control unit that determines at least either the cell transmitting the BFRQ or the channel used to transmit the BFRQ, in accordance with whether or not a prescribed secondary cell that supports uplink control channel transmission has been set.

Pour contrôler de manière appropriée des communications, même si une procédure BFR est effectuée dans plusieurs cellules, le terminal utilisateur de l'invention comprend : une unité de transmission qui envoie une demande de récupération de défaillance de faisceau (BFRQ) à une cellule présentant une défaillance de liaison radio; et une unité de contrôle qui détermine au moins soit la cellule qui envoie la BFRQ, soit le canal utilisé pour envoyer la BFRQ, selon qu'une cellule secondaire prescrite prenant en charge une transmission de canal de commande de liaison montante est établie ou non.

複数のセルにおいてBFR手順が行われる場合であっても通信を適切に制御するために、本開示の一態様に係るユーザ端末は、無線リンク障害が発生したセルに対するビーム回復要求(BFRQ:Beam Failure Recovery reQuest)を送信する送信部と、上り制御チャネル送信がサポートされる所定のセカンダリセルの設定有無に応じて前記BFRQを送信するセル及び前記BFRQの送信に利用するチャネルの少なくとも一つを決定する制御部と、を有する。
