This mass spectrometry device evaluation method comprises: subjecting an ester of phthalic acid to mass spectrometry by a mass spectrometry device and detecting a plurality of ions generated by a dissociation of the ester of phthalic acid; and acquiring, on the basis of the intensity ratios of the plurality of ions detected, information on whether or not the mass spectrometry device is in a state that is appropriate for carrying out analyses.

La présente invention concerne un procédé d'évaluation de dispositif de spectrométrie de masse qui consiste à : soumettre un ester d'acide phtalique à une spectrométrie de masse par un dispositif de spectrométrie de masse et détecter une pluralité d'ions générés par une dissociation de l'ester d'acide phtalique ; et acquérir, sur la base des rapports d'intensités de la pluralité d'ions détectés, des informations indiquant si oui ou non le dispositif de spectrométrie de masse se trouve dans un état qui est approprié pour effectuer des analyses.
