An air conditioner (1) comprises a compressor (11), a first heat exchanger (13), a second heat exchanger (22), a plurality of third heat exchangers (31, 41, 51), a plurality of flow rate regulating valves (33, 43, 53), a pump (23), and a temperature sensor (26). When the temperature detected by the temperature sensor (26) is lower than a first threshold value during heating, a control device (100) opens the flow rate regulating valves corresponding to the heat exchangers of the third heat exchangers (31, 41, 51) that are not generating requests for air conditioning and closes the flow rate regulating valves corresponding to the heat exchangers that are generating requests for air conditioning. When the temperature detected by the first temperature sensor (26) is higher than a second threshold value during heating, the control device (100) opens the flow rate regulating valves corresponding to the heat exchangers that are generating requests for air conditioning and closes the flow rate regulating valves corresponding to the heat exchangers that are not generating requests for air conditioning.

L'invention concerne un climatiseur (1) comprenant un compresseur (11), un premier échangeur de chaleur (13), un deuxième échangeur de chaleur (22), une pluralité de troisièmes échangeurs de chaleur (31, 41, 51), une pluralité de vannes de régulation de débit (33, 43, 53), une pompe (23) et un capteur de température (26). Lorsque la température détectée par le capteur de température (26) est inférieure à une première valeur seuil pendant le chauffage, un dispositif de commande (100) ouvre les vannes de régulation de débit correspondant aux échangeurs de chaleur, parmi les troisièmes échangeurs de chaleur (31, 41, 51), ne produisant pas de demandes de climatisation, et ferme les vannes de régulation de débit correspondant aux échangeurs de chaleur produisant des demandes de climatisation. Lorsque la température détectée par le premier capteur de température (26) est supérieure à une seconde valeur seuil pendant le chauffage, le dispositif de commande (100) ouvre les vannes de régulation de débit correspondant aux échangeurs de chaleur produisant des demandes de climatisation et ferme les vannes de régulation de débit correspondant aux échangeurs de chaleur ne produisant pas des demandes de climatisation.
