This data processing device (20) comprises an acquisition means (220) and a calculation means (240). The acquisition means (220) acquires a measurement result obtained by sequentially supplying a measurement target gas containing a first component and a second component, and a purge gas containing the second component to the same sensor. The calculation means (240) calculates information about the first component contained in the measurement target gas by using at least one among first measurement data indicating a measurement result when the measurement target gas is supplied to the sensor and second measurement data indicating a measurement result when the purge gas is supplied to the sensor.

L'invention concerne un dispositif de traitement de données (20) qui comprend un moyen d'acquisition (220) et un moyen de calcul (240). Le moyen d'acquisition (220) acquiert un résultat de mesure obtenu en fournissant séquentiellement un gaz cible de mesure contenant un premier composant et un second composant, et un gaz de purge contenant le second composant au même capteur. Le moyen de calcul (240) calcule des informations relatives au premier composant contenu dans le gaz cible de mesure en utilisant au moins une donnée parmi des premières données de mesure indiquant un résultat de mesure lorsque le gaz cible de mesure est fourni au capteur et des secondes données de mesure indiquant un résultat de mesure lorsque le gaz de purge est fourni au capteur.

データ処理装置(20)は、取得手段(220)、および算出手段(240)を備える。取得手段(220)は、第1成分および第2成分を含む測定対象ガスと、第2成分を含むパージガスとを、同一のセンサに順次供給することにより得た測定結果を取得する。算出手段(240)は、測定対象ガスをセンサに供給したときの測定結果を示す第1測定データと、パージガスをセンサに供給したときの測定結果を示す第2測定データとの少なくとも一方を用いることにより、測定対象ガスに含まれる第1成分に関する情報を算出する。
