A display device (1) comprises: a display region that includes a light emitting element layer (5) which has a plurality of light emitting elements, a TFT layer (4) which is provided below the light emitting element layer and drives the light emitting elements, and a sealing layer (6) which covers the light emitting element layer; and a bezel region that surrounds the display region. The light emitting element layer has a plurality of light emitting layers each of which includes at least one of a hindered amine compound and a derivative of a hindered amine compound.
