In a display device (2), a contact region (C1) between a metal film (63) and a cathode (25) is disposed between a display region (A1) and a frame region (F1) on the perimeter thereof, wherein the display region (A1) includes a light-emitting element layer (5) that is provided with an anode (22), a functional layer (24), the cathode (25), and a pixel bank (23) that covers the edge of the anode (22). A TEG pattern (50) formed in an island shape is disposed in the contact region (C1).

Selon la présente invention, dans un dispositif d'affichage (2), une région de contact (C1) entre un film métallique (63) et une cathode (25) est disposée entre une région d'affichage (A1) et une région de cadre (F1) sur son périmètre, la région d'affichage (A1) comprenant une couche d'éléments électroluminescents (5) qui est pourvue d'une anode (22), d'une couche fonctionnelle (24), de la cathode (25) et d'une banque de pixels (23) qui recouvre le bord de l'anode (22).
