Provided are a system, a method, etc., useful for acquiring a greater number of focused images more quickly. The control device acquires information about the state of a range photographed by a photographing device, determines a mode corresponding to the assumed state of the range photographed by the photographing device from among a plurality of focusing modes, and transmits designation information identifying the determined mode to the photographing device. The photographing device receives the designation information from the control device, and carries out photographing by using the mode identified by the received designation information.

L'invention concerne un système, un procédé, etc., permettant d'acquérir un plus grand nombre d'images mises au point plus rapidement. Le dispositif de commande acquiert des informations concernant l'état d'une plage photographiée par un dispositif de photographie, détermine un mode correspondant à l'état supposé de la plage photographiée par le dispositif de photographie parmi une pluralité de modes de mise au point, et transmet des informations de désignation identifiant le mode déterminé au dispositif de photographie. Le dispositif de photographie reçoit les informations de désignation provenant du dispositif de commande, et effectue une photographie en faisant appel au mode identifié par les informations de désignation reçues.
