Provided is a loading work vehicle that can improve work efficiency even when work is performed on a slippery road surface. A wheel loader 1 with a hydrostatic transmission (HST) travel drive comprises a depression amount detector 610, a delivery pressure detector 75, a mode switching device 60, and a controller 5. The controller 5: determines whether a restricted mode has been selected in the mode switching device 60; identifies the operation state of the wheel loader 1 when the restricted mode is determined to have been selected; limits the maximum pull force to a first set value, which is set on the basis of the coefficient of static friction μ and the vehicle weight, when a bucket 23 is determined to penetrate the ground 100; and increases the maximum pull force from the first set value when excavation is determined to start on the ground 100.

Véhicule de travail de chargement qui peut améliorer l'efficacité de travail même lorsqu'un travail est effectué sur une surface de route glissante. 滑りやすい路面での作業であっても作業効率を向上させることが可能な荷役作業車両を提供する。 HST式走行駆動のホイールローダ1において、踏込量検出器610と、吐出圧検出器75と、モード切替装置60と、コントローラ5と、を備え、コントローラ5は、モード切替装置60において制限モードが選択されているか否かを判定し、制限モードが選択されていると判定された場合に、ホイールローダ1の動作状態を特定し、地山100へのバケット23の突入が特定された場合に静摩擦係数μ及び車重に基づいて設定された第1設定値に最大けん引力を制限し、地山100の掘削開始が特定された場合に最大けん引力を第1設定値から上昇させる。
