Provided is a power conversion device with which it is possible to perform a withstand voltage test while minimizing an increase in the size of the device. A power conversion device, provided with: a mounting substrate (10) including a surge protection circuit (12), which is formed in a fixed manner and which channels a surge current, flowing between input-side terminals (11a, 11b) and output-side terminals (16a, 16b), through a grounded part-side terminal (17) to a grounded part (60); and a wire (18) for connecting the grounded-part-side terminal (17) and the grounded part (60), the wire (18) being capable of being attached to and detached from the grounded-part-side terminal (17).

L'invention concerne un dispositif de conversion de puissance avec lequel il est possible d'effectuer un test de tension de tenue tout en réduisant au minimum une augmentation de la taille du dispositif. Un dispositif de conversion de puissance comprend : un substrat de montage (10) comprenant un circuit de protection contre les surtensions (12), qui est formée de manière fixe et qui canalise un courant de surtension, circulant entre des bornes côté entrée (11a, 11b) et des bornes côté sortie (16a, 16b), en passant par une borne côté partie mise à la terre (17) vers une partie mise à la terre (60) ; et un fil (18) pour connecter la borne côté partie mise à la terre (17) et la partie mise à la terre (60), le fil (18) étant apte à être fixé au terminal côté partie mise à la terre (17) et détaché de celui-ci.
