The present disclosure relates to a miniature pressure compensating device (10), for balancing pressure fluctuations in a hydraulic system, comprising at least one shell (12), at least one hollow hydraulic cylinder (16), at least one reciprocating piston (26) and at least one non-return valve (NRV) (28). The hydraulic cylinder (16) comprises at least one dual charging valve port (22) for facilitating charging of both said compressible and incompressible fluid and at least one built-in two-tier sealing mechanism (24) comprising at least one metal-to-metal seal (24a) and at least one secondary seal (24b) to achieve effective isolation of the incompressible and compressible fluids. The present miniature pressure compensating device (10) has a volume below 13 cc.

La présente invention concerne un dispositif miniature de compensation de pression (10), pour équilibrer des fluctuations de pression dans un système hydraulique, comprenant au moins une coque (12), au moins un vérin hydraulique creux (16), au moins un piston alternatif (26) et au moins un clapet anti-retour (NRV) (28). Le vérin hydraulique (16) comprend au moins un orifice de soupape de charge double (22) pour faciliter la charge dudit fluide compressible et incompressible et au moins un mécanisme d'étanchéité à deux niveaux intégré(24) comprenant au moins un joint métal-métal (24a) et au moins un joint secondaire (24b) pour obtenir une étanchéité efficace des fluides incompressible et compressible. Le présent dispositif miniature de compensation de pression (10) a un volume inférieur à 13 cc.
