An example method is performed by a wireless device in a wireless communication network. The method comprises receiving, from a base station, a control message allocating resources in a bandwidth part for a downlink transmission, the bandwidth part including unlicensed spectrum and being divided into a plurality of bandwidth pieces corresponding to bandwidth units over which listen-before-talk (LBT) is performed. The radio resources used for the downlink transmissions exclude (e.g., by puncturing or rate-matching around) one or more guard bands of a bandwidth piece that is sensed as free for transmission.

La présente invention concerne un procédé donné à titre d'exemple effectué par un dispositif sans fil dans un réseau de communication sans fil. Le procédé consiste à recevoir, en provenance d'une station de base, un message de commande attribuant des ressources dans une partie de bande passante destiné à une transmission en liaison descendante, la partie de bande passante comprenant un spectre sans licence et étant divisée en une pluralité de morceaux de bande passante correspondant à des unités de bande passante sur lesquelles une écoute avant de parler (LBT) est effectuée. Les ressources radio utilisées pour les transmissions de liaison descendante excluent (par exemple, par perforation ou adaptation de débit autour de) une ou de plusieurs bandes de garde d'une pièce de bande passante qui est détectée comme étant libre pour la transmission.
