Abstract

The ejector assembly (1) for a mold of a press for manufacturing a ceramic article, in particular a ceramic tile or the like, comprises: a plate (2) which is fixed in use; a plurality of jacks (3), each of which comprises a fixed cylinder (4), associated with the fixed plate (2), and a stem (5), movable along a longitudinal axis (X) and connected to a moving part of the mold which is intended to eject the ceramic article after having been made in the mold; where the stem (5) of each jack (3) is movable independently with respect to the others; each jack (3) comprises feeding means (7) of a work fluid, adapted to move the corresponding stem (5) along the longitudinal axis (X), at least a proportioning valve (8) operatively connected to the feeding means (7) and connected to a circuit (10) under pressure of the work fluid and detection means (9) for detecting the position of the stem (5), said detection means (9) being operatively connected to the proportioning valve (8).

L'invention concerne un ensemble éjecteur (1) pour un moule d'une presse pour fabriquer un article en céramique, en particulier un carreau en céramique ou similaire, comprenant : une plaque (2) qui est fixée lors de l'utilisation ; une pluralité de vérins de levage (3), chacun comprenant un cylindre fixe (4), associé à la plaque fixe (2), et une tige (5), mobile le long d'un axe longitudinal (X) et reliée à une partie mobile du moule qui est destinée à éjecter l'article en céramique après sa fabrication dans le moule ; la tige (5) de chaque vérin de levage (3) étant mobile indépendamment par rapport aux autres ; chaque vérin de levage (3) comprenant des moyens d'alimentation (7) en un fluide de travail, apte à déplacer la tige correspondante (5) le long de l'axe longitudinal (X), au moins une vanne de dosage (8) reliée fonctionnellement aux moyens d'alimentation (7) et reliée à un circuit (10) sous pression du fluide de travail et des moyens de détection (9) pour détecter la position de la tige (5), lesdits moyens de détection (9) étant reliés fonctionnellement à la vanne de dosage (8).
