Abstract

An ultrasonic tonometer, which measures an intraocular pressure of a subject eye using an ultrasonic wave, has an ultrasonic actuator including an ultrasonic element that generates an ultrasonic wave and a sonotrode that propagates the ultrasonic wave generated from the ultrasonic element, and irradiating the subject eye with the ultrasonic wave. The sonotrode includes an irradiation surface facing the subject eye, and an opening. The sonotrode is formed to have a substantially same propagation distance until the ultrasonic wave generated from the ultrasonic element reaches the irradiation surface between an outer surface and an inner surface of the sonotrode.

L'invention porte sur un tonomètre ultrasonore, qui mesure une pression intraoculaire d'un œil d'un sujet à l'aide d'une onde ultrasonore, dispose d'un actionneur ultrasonore comprenant un élément ultrasonore qui génère une onde ultrasonore et une sonotrode qui propage l'onde ultrasonore générée à partir de l'élément ultrasonore, et irradiant l’œil du sujet avec l'onde ultrasonore. La sonotrode comprend une surface d'irradiation faisant face à l’œil du sujet, et une ouverture. La sonotrode est formée pour avoir une distance de propagation sensiblement identique jusqu'à ce que l'onde ultrasonore générée à partir de l'élément ultrasonore atteigne la surface d'irradiation entre une surface extérieure et une surface intérieure de la sonotrode.
