The invention describes a modular structural system formed by prefabricated, mainly tubular elements for supporting a crane for the maintenance or replacement of components in a wind turbine. The elements used are similar to those of the scaffolding or formwork used in the construction industry. This system does not require external cranes for the assembly thereof. The structural system is secured to the wind turbine tower by means of multiple connecting elements that transmit horizontal stresses. The invention defines a series of ways of preparing the tower to secure the structural system and also a series of changes in tower design to secure these connections in a simpler way in future wind turbine towers. The invention describes a method for lifting the crane to be used without the need to use external cranes and finally describes a method for compensating the eccentric and horizontal loads of the structural system.

El invento describe un sistema estructural modular formado por elementos prefabricados, principalmente tubulares, para soporte de una grua para el mantenimiento o cambio de componentes en una turbina eólica. Los elementos utilizados son similares a los de los andamios o cimbras utilizados en el sector de la construcción. Este sistema no necesita grúas externas para su montaje. El sistema estructural se fija a la torre de la turbina eólica mediante una multitud de elementos de conexión que transmiten los esfuerzos horizontales. El invento define una serie de formas para preparar la torre para fijar el sistema estructural y también una serie de modificaciones el diseño de la torre para fijar estas conexiones de forma más sencilla en futuras torres de turbinas eólicas. El invento describe un método para izar la grua a utilizar sin necesidad de utilizar grúas externas y finalmente describe un método para compensar las cargas excéntricas y horizontales que pueda ver el sistema estructural.

L'invention concerne un système structural modulaire formé d'éléments préfabriqués, principalement tubulaires, pour support d'une grue pour l'entretien ou le changement de composants d'une éolienne. Les éléments utilisés sont semblables à ceux des échafaudages ou cintres utilisés dans le secteur de la construction. Ce système ne nécessite pas de grues externes pour son montage. Le système structural est fixé à la tour de l'éolienne par une multitude d'éléments de liaison qui transmettent les efforts horizontaux. L'invention définit une série de formes pour préparer la tour afin de fixer le système structural et également une série de modifications à la coneption de la tour pour fixer ces liaisons de manière simple sur de futures tours d'éoliennes. L'invention concerne un procédé pour hisser la grue à utiliser sans avoir à utiliser de grues externes et concerne enfin un procédé pour compenser les charges électriques et horizontales que peut présenter le système structural.
