Abstract
(EN)
The present invention relates to a microfluidic method for analysing a fluid containing a metal trace element, in particular arsenic, comprising the following steps: a) introducing a fluid sample into at least one micro-channel of a microfluidic circuit; b) mixing, in the micro-channel of the microfluidic circuit, the introduced fluid sample with nitric acid and L-cysteine; and c) measuring the quantity of metal trace element present in the sample using an electrochemical detection method.

La présente invention se rapporte à un procédé microfluidique d'analyse d'un fluide contenant un élément-trace métallique, notamment l'arsenic, comprenant les étapes suivantes : a) introduction d'un échantillon de fluide dans au moins un microcanal d'un circuit microfluidique; b) mélange, au sein du microcanal du circuit microfluidique, de l'échantillon de fluide introduit avec de l'acide nitrique et de la L-cystéine; et c) mesure de la quantité d'élément-trace métallique présent dans l'échantillon, en utilisant une méthode de détection électrochimique.
